Is it dust-free?
If by 'dust-free' you mean HEPA filtered circulating air in a sealed-off environment, I'd guess 'no' -- because I have for example an air conditioner in the window of my room.
If by 'dust-free' you mean 'really clean,' I'd say 'yes.' They do a pretty good job of keeping the place sparkling. I've never seen dust or grime on any surfaces in the rooms I've stayed in, for example. Daily housekeeping.
